I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused techniques, and psychodynamic approaches. These therapies provide practical tools to help you change negative thought patterns, embrace mindfulness, find solutions, and explore deeper emotional dynamics.
